The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, excellent networking capabilities, and a proven track record in closing new business deals in the digital marketing industry.

Work Profile:

  • Drive new business acquisition for Digital Marketing Services, Web Solutions, Branding, Advertising Solutions, and SaaS products.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients within the Media, Advertising, and corporate sectors to expand business opportunities.
  • Sell digital marketing solutions including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Video Production, and Advertising Services.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, references, industry connections, outbound outreach, and strategic business development initiatives.
  • Understand client advertising objectives, business challenges, and marketing goals to develop customized digital communication strategies.
  • Create impactful marketing proposals, pitch decks, and compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and account management.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Act as a Digital Lead to drive revenue growth through integrated and multi-platform digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and long-term business partners in the B2B segment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, creative, strategy, and delivery teams to develop and execute winning pitch campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently achieve or exceed business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
  • Contribute to overall company growth by expanding market reach, enhancing brand presence, and increasing client retention.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, business discussions, presentations, networking events, and relationship-building activities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any discipline).

  • 1–6 years of experience in Business Development, Media Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.

  • Proven experience in New Business Acquisition for Digital Marketing Services (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of digital services and how they drive client ROI.

  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.

  • Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong B2B network and ability to build new business connections.

  • Digital Marketing Certifications will be an added advantage.
