Six lanes. One deployment process.

Hire Dedicated Resources from India

Businesses in India and overseas hire professionals from India through The Adroit: PHP developers, WordPress developers, SEO experts, Ruby on Rails developers, QA engineers and creative and graphics resources. We find and deploy the right person; you direct the work.

Head office in Navi Mumbai; teams in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi. Looking for a finished outcome rather than a person on your team? See SEO services or PPC services.

  • Requirement call, then a shortlist
  • You interview and set a practical task
  • The resource works in your workflow
  • Monthly review of scope and fit
Schematic only. One requirement, several kinds of resource, deployed to your team.

In short

Tell us the role, skills, tools and seniority you need. We shortlist profiles from our teams, you interview them and set a practical task, then the person you choose is onboarded into your tools and works on your priorities, under your direction. We run a monthly review of scope and fit. Terms are agreed per requirement; we do not publish rate cards, and timing depends on the role and your interview process.

Who it suitsOwners, CTOs, marketing heads and agency owners who know what they need built or run, and want to direct it themselves.
Who it does not suitAnyone who wants a fixed outcome handed over without managing the work. That is a services engagement, not a hire.
How to startUse the form, describe the role, take a requirement call, then review shortlisted profiles.

The six lanes

Pick the kind of resource you need to add to your team

Each lane has its own page with roles, skills, how to judge candidates and FAQs. This is the map: who each lane suits and what the person typically works on.

01

PHP developers

For companies with a PHP codebase to grow, rescue or extend, or a new web application, portal or API to build on PHP.

  • Core PHP
  • Laravel
  • CodeIgniter
  • MySQL
  • REST APIs
  • Third-party integrations
Typically suits

Product teams, agencies with PHP client work, and businesses with an in-house system that needs steady development.

Hire PHP developers
02

WordPress developers

For sites that run on WordPress: custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce stores, migrations, speed work and ongoing changes.

  • Custom themes
  • Plugin development
  • WooCommerce
  • Page builders
  • Performance
  • Migrations
Typically suits

Marketing teams with a busy site, agencies that need build capacity, and stores that change often.

Hire WordPress developers
03

SEO experts

For businesses that want a named specialist, or a small pod, working on their site: technical, content, link and local SEO.

  • Technical SEO
  • Content and on-page
  • Link building
  • Local SEO
  • Ecommerce SEO
  • Monthly reporting
Typically suits

Owners and marketing heads who want hands-on SEO without building a team, and in-house teams missing one skill.

Hire SEO experts
04

Ruby on Rails developers

For products built, or about to be built, on Ruby on Rails: new features, upgrades, tests, performance and maintenance.

  • Ruby on Rails
  • API design
  • PostgreSQL and MySQL
  • Background jobs
  • Testing
  • Version upgrades
Typically suits

Startups and software teams with a Rails product, and agencies that need Rails capacity for client work.

Hire Rails developers
05

Creative and graphics resources

For graphic, UI, social media, motion and print design: the people who keep your brand's creative output moving.

  • Graphic design
  • UI and UX design
  • Social creatives
  • Video and motion
  • Packaging and print
  • Presentations
Typically suits

Marketing teams, ecommerce brands, startups and agencies with a steady flow of design work.

Hire creative resources
06

QA engineers

For teams that ship software and need it tested: manual testers, QA automation engineers (SDETs), and API, mobile and performance testing inside your release cycle.

  • Manual testing
  • Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
  • API testing
  • Mobile testing
  • Performance testing
  • CI/CD checks
Typically suits

Startups, SaaS and ecommerce teams, mobile app owners and agencies with more to test than people to test it.

Hire QA engineers

Skills shown are typical for each role, not a promise that every profile covers all of them. The requirement call is where we match tools and seniority to your work.

How deployment works

Six steps from requirement to a resource working in your team

The same flow applies to every lane. We adapt it to the role and to how your own team hires.

  1. Requirement callRole, skills, tools, seniority and how long you need the person.
  2. Shortlist of profilesProfiles from our teams that fit the brief, with the reasons they were picked.
  3. Interview and practical taskYou talk to the candidates and set a task that looks like your real work.
  4. Onboarding and tool accessAccess to your repositories, design files, analytics or project tools, at the level you choose.
  5. Work on your prioritiesThe resource joins your workflow and takes direction from you.
  6. Monthly reviewA review of scope and fit each month, so the engagement stays matched to the work.

Left: your team sets priorities. Centre: the deployed resource. Right: The Adroit's shortlist, onboarding and monthly review.

Who does what

  • You decide priorities, review the work and give feedback, exactly as you would with an employee.
  • The resource does the work inside your tools and processes and flags blockers early.
  • The Adroit finds and shortlists the profile, helps with onboarding and holds the monthly review of scope and fit.

Hiring, or just collecting options first? Tell us on the form; the first call is a conversation about the role, not a sales pitch.

Engagement models

Four ways to engage a resource, whichever lane you pick

Which model fits depends on how much work there is, how steady it is and how much of your own time you can give. Terms are agreed per requirement and put in writing; no rate cards, and the table makes no promise about hours.

Full-time dedicated resource

Steady, daily work

One person working on your priorities as part of your team for the duration you agree.

Part-time or hourly

Where the role allows

Some roles, such as design or SEO, suit a smaller commitment. Scope and hours are agreed up front.

Monthly contract

Predictable, renewable

A resource engaged month to month, with the monthly review deciding whether scope should change.

Project-based team

A defined piece of work

Two or more roles (for example a developer, a designer and an SEO specialist) engaged for one body of work.

Cost drivers, with no prices on this page: the role and seniority, the tools needed, whether the engagement is full-time, part-time or project-based, the duration, and how many roles are combined. We quote in writing after the requirement call.

What we do and what we do not

You direct the work. We deploy the person and keep the engagement on track.

This is staff augmentation, not outsourcing. Being clear about the line helps you pick the right kind of help.

What we do

  • Understand the role in a requirement call and shortlist matching profiles
  • Arrange your interview and practical task
  • Deploy the person you choose into your tools and workflow
  • Hold a monthly review of scope and fit with you
  • Combine roles across the six lanes when your work needs it

What we do not do in a hire

  • Promise outcomes such as rankings, traffic or sales; the resource does the work you direct
  • Manage your product, roadmap or brand on your behalf
  • Publish rate cards or fixed time-to-hire promises
  • Replace a full services engagement when you want a result delivered end to end

For outcome-based work run by an agency team, see SEO services, PPC services or web development services.

Why hire from India

Why businesses in India and overseas add resources from India

General reasons, no statistics: they are the same ones clients tell us when they come to us.

Depth in these disciplines

PHP, WordPress, Ruby on Rails, SEO, QA and design are long-established skills in India, with large communities of practitioners to draw from.

Communication

Briefs, stand-ups and reviews follow the rhythm your team prefers.

Flexible team size

Start with one person and add roles as the work grows, without a recruitment cycle each time.

Capacity for agencies

Agencies in India and overseas use added developers or designers to take on client work without building a permanent team.

A company behind the person

Your resource works within a team with a head office in Navi Mumbai and teams in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi.

Cost shape you can plan

Engagement terms are agreed per requirement, so you can compare them with the cost of recruiting, equipping and managing a local hire.

Who hires through us

Startups, in-house marketing teams, agencies, software companies and ecommerce brands

Some are in India, some are overseas. What they share is a clear idea of the work and a wish to direct it themselves. Not sure you fit? Describe the work on the form.

Governance basics

The terms worth settling before the first day

None of these are automatic; each can be agreed in the contract. Ask for them in writing, whoever you hire through.

  • A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share anything sensitive
  • Assignment of intellectual property to you, for work done in your engagement
  • Accounts, repositories and design files kept in your name
  • Access at the permission level you choose, withdrawn when the engagement ends
  • Notice and exit terms for both sides
  • What is in and out of scope, and how changes are agreed

Questions

FAQs

You describe the role you need and we shortlist and deploy a professional from our teams into your workflow. That person works on your priorities, inside your tools, under your direction. We organise the hiring steps and hold a monthly review of scope and fit; we do not take over the management of your product or brand.

Six kinds today: PHP developers, WordPress developers, SEO experts, Ruby on Rails developers, QA engineers, and creative and graphics resources such as graphic, UI and social media designers. Each has its own page with roles, skills and questions to ask. You can also combine roles in one requirement.

Yes. Clients in India and overseas enquire, and the process is the same. We work with clients across India and overseas, remotely. Our head office is in Navi Mumbai, with teams in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi. Working hours and meeting times are agreed with each client during onboarding.

With a hire, you set the priorities and review the output, as you would with a team member. With a services engagement, an agency team plans and delivers an outcome. If you want the agency model, see our SEO, PPC or web development services. If you want a person inside your own process, hire a resource.

There are six steps: a requirement call covering role, skills, tools, seniority and duration; a shortlist of profiles; your interview and a practical task; onboarding and tool access; the resource starting on your priorities; and a monthly review of scope and fit. We adapt the steps to how your own team hires.

It depends on the role, how specific your requirements are and how quickly your own interview and task review move. We do not promise a fixed time-to-hire. After the requirement call we can tell you how the shortlist is shaping up for your particular role.

Yes, where the role allows it. The models are a full-time dedicated resource, part-time or hourly work, a monthly contract and a project-based team. Part-time suits some roles more than others; design and SEO often do, while a busy development backlog usually needs a full-time person. Terms are agreed per requirement.

We do not publish rates, because they depend on the role and seniority, the tools involved, full-time or part-time work, the duration and how many roles you combine. After the requirement call we quote in writing so you can compare it with other options, including recruiting locally.

Yes. The shortlist step leads to your interview and a practical task based on your real work: a small feature, a page change, a design brief or an SEO audit sample. You decide whether the person fits before the engagement starts.

That is settled in the contract. Our recommendation is that ownership of work done in your engagement is assigned to you in writing, together with a non-disclosure agreement. These are not automatic terms on this page, so ask for them to be included and read them before you sign.

Raise it at the monthly review of scope and fit, or earlier by speaking to us. Possible outcomes include changing the scope, adjusting the role or discussing a different profile. Specific terms for changes and notice are agreed in the contract, so check them before you start.

Yes. A project-based team can bring roles from different lanes together, for example a WordPress developer, a graphic designer and an SEO expert for one site, or a developer with a QA engineer. Describe the whole piece of work on the form and we shortlist across the lanes.

Only what the role requires: a code repository and staging environment for developers and QA engineers, the website admin and analytics for SEO, design files and brand assets for creative work. You set the permission level, keep the accounts in your name and withdraw access when the engagement ends.

When you want a result delivered without managing the work, or you need a team to design the strategy. For search visibility, see SEO services; for paid media, PPC services; for a full site build, web development services. Many clients start with one hire and add services later, or the other way round.
