Who this page is for

A PPC agency in India for a business in Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi or anywhere else

You searched for a PPC agency in India because you want one firm to own your paid media: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, native, programmatic and connected TV. Our head office is in Navi Mumbai and our teams sit in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi; everywhere else we work remote-first over video, phone and email.

  • One agency for paid search, paid social, marketplace ads, native and media buying
  • Strategy built around what you sell and where your buyers are, not around our postcode
  • ROI and ROAS targets set per business from your margin, never promised

Geography is a strategy decision

Your city is where you are. Your campaign targets wherever your customers are.

A clinic may need a 5 km radius; a dealer network may need six states; a D2C brand may need all of India and the Gulf. We pick the rung of the ladder from your delivery, service and sales coverage, then structure the account so each geography has its own budget, bids, creative and target.

  1. Hyperlocal radiusA few kilometres around one outlet, clinic or showroom; store visits, calls and WhatsApp as the actions.
  2. One cityThe whole metro or town, often split by zone when delivery or appointments depend on it.
  3. Several citiesYour dealer, franchise or service cities, each on its own budget so one cannot drain another.
  4. A state or regionState-level targeting with the city tiers inside it funded on their own numbers.
  5. Several statesGrouped by language and logistics rather than by map colour.
  6. Pan-IndiaMetros, tier-2 and tier-3 as separate bands, entered only where margin and delivery can absorb them.
  7. InternationalUSA, UK, UAE or wherever you sell, run from India in the buyer's time zone and currency.
Band inside a national plan

Metros

Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune. Highest cost per click and competition; search-led; meaningful desktop share. Each metro gets its own campaign and brand/non-brand split.

Band inside a national plan

Tier-2 cities

Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Nagpur, Surat, Coimbatore, Kochi, Chandigarh, Bhubaneswar and similar. Typically lower CPCs; strong Meta and YouTube reach; WhatsApp often the primary action. Grouped by state or language.

Band inside a national plan

Tier-3 and district towns

Far lower CPCs, almost entirely mobile, lower order values and higher return-to-origin rates for e-commerce. Entered deliberately where delivery and margin allow, or excluded as a decision.

Always first

Your own serviceable geography

The states, districts and pin codes where you can actually deliver, service or sell. This is protected first; the tiers are applied inside it, never instead of it.

The full ladder, with how each rung changes bidding, creative and measurement, is explained on the PPC services page.

Platforms and media buying

Every major ad platform in India, chosen by where your buyers are

Paid search, paid social, marketplace ads, native, programmatic and television media buying are bought and measured together in one plan. Which platforms lead is decided by audience and intent research, not by habit.

Google Ads

Google Ads

Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and App campaigns. Quality Score, match types and negatives managed inside the account as data comes in.

Microsoft Advertising

Bing search for B2B, finance and desktop-heavy audiences in the metros; imported from Google and tuned separately.

Meta Ads

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger. Lead forms, click-to-WhatsApp, catalogue sales, reels and stories; pixel and Conversions API on every account.

LinkedIn Ads

LinkedIn Ads

Sponsored content, lead-gen forms, document ads and InMail for national B2B, SaaS and recruitment, by title, company size and industry.

Amazon Ads

Amazon and Flipkart Ads

Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and display on both marketplaces, with pin-code and return-rate data fed back into bids.

Taboola and Outbrain native

Content-led reach on Indian news and regional publishers for audiences that are not yet searching.

JioHotstar and Star Network

Connected TV and streaming media buying, including live sport, bought by state, language and device. We have media buying relationships with both.

Programmatic display and OTT

Open-exchange and private-deal display, video and connected TV across Indian and global inventory through DSPs.

Quora, Reddit and X

Used where the audience justifies it: considered B2B and tech purchases, launches and conversation-led categories.

App-install networks

Google App campaigns, Meta app ads and app networks, measured through an MMP to installs and in-app events, not just taps.

Retargeting and remarketing

Dynamic remarketing on Google and Meta, customer-list and CRM audiences, and exclusions so you stop paying to reach people who already bought.

Marketplace and social management

Where ads need listings or organic content behind them, see marketplace management and social media marketing.

Ad formats

The ad types we build, by what they are for

Format follows the job. Capturing demand that already exists, creating demand that does not, or bringing a visitor back: each needs a different format, creative and landing page.

Search ads

Responsive search ads, call ads and Maps ads for intent that already exists.

Shopping and product ads

Shopping, Performance Max feeds and Sponsored Products or Brands on Amazon and Flipkart.

Display and banner

Responsive and uploaded creatives for reach, launches and remarketing across the Display Network and DSPs.

Video ads

Skippable, non-skippable, bumper and in-feed on YouTube; in-stream on streaming platforms.

Native ads

Headline-and-image units in publisher feeds via Taboola and Outbrain, matched to editorial context.

Lead-gen forms

In-platform forms on Meta, LinkedIn and Google, synced to your CRM, with qualifying questions to cut junk.

Call and WhatsApp ads

Call-only search ads and click-to-WhatsApp on Meta, with calls and chats tracked as conversions.

App-install ads

App campaigns and app ads measured to installs, sign-ups and in-app purchases.

Remarketing and dynamic remarketing

Product-level ads back to visitors and cart abandoners, with buyers excluded.

Carousel, collection, story and reel

Meta and Instagram formats for catalogues, launches and short video.

Sponsored content and InMail

LinkedIn single-image, document and message ads for decision-makers.

Connected TV spots

15- and 30-second spots on JioHotstar, Star Network and OTT inventory, bought by audience rather than by programme alone.

Strategy is the core promise

How a performance marketing strategy is built, launched and re-planned

The platforms are tools. The work is deciding who to reach, where, with what, at what cost, and then changing the plan as real data replaces assumptions. This is the sequence every account follows.

01

Audience and intent research

Who buys, what they search, watch and ask, and what a customer is worth to you. Your sales data, search data and competitor accounts feed this.

02

Geography and budget split

The rung of the ladder, then a budget divided by geography and by funnel stage, so demand capture and demand creation are funded on purpose.

03

Bidding, creative and landing pages

Bid strategy per campaign goal; ad copy and creative per audience and language; landing pages built or fixed before money is spent.

04

Conversion tracking

GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels and Conversions API, server-side tagging where it applies, call and WhatsApp tracking, CRM import.

05

Launch and learning

Controlled budgets while each campaign gathers conversion data. Nothing is cut or scaled on too few conversions.

06

Monthly re-plan

Budget moves toward the geographies, platforms and audiences producing the best cost per result your capacity can absorb.

07

Scale what works

New geographies, platforms and formats are added from evidence, and the plan is revised for seasonality, stock and launches.

In short: a dynamic plan, re-made every month from the account's own numbers, measured against ROI or ROAS targets agreed with you before launch. The same method, in more depth, is on the PPC services page.

Language as targeting

Campaigns, written for each audience

We run paid campaigns. Ad copy, creative and landing pages are written in the language the audience uses, not translated after the fact, and the two are tested against each other so budget follows the language that converts. Where a market falls outside what we can serve well, we say so at the start and scope the campaign accordingly rather than promise reach we cannot serve well.

Professional audiencesMetro professionals, B2B buyers, tech, finance and premium categories, and overseas campaigns.

Consumer audiencesConsumer campaigns across the northern states and local-first audiences inside the metros; local creative leads.

Both, testedWhere one audience mixes both, as in most metros, campaigns run in both languages and the split is decided by the data.

Budget allocation

How a budget is divided by geography and by funnel stage

Two splits are decided before launch and revised monthly. First, by geography: how much goes to each city, tier or market you can serve. Second, by funnel stage: how much captures demand that already exists against how much creates new demand and how much brings visitors back.

Illustrative only
  • By geography: each serviceable band funded on its own numbers
  • By funnel: capture demand, create demand, bring visitors back
  • Re-divided monthly as results come in
Capture

Demand that already exists

Search, Shopping, marketplace ads and Maps for people already looking. Usually the first rupee spent and the first to show return.

Create

Demand that does not exist yet

Meta, YouTube, native, connected TV and LinkedIn for people who fit the buyer but are not searching. Funded deliberately, measured over a longer window.

Recover

Visitors who did not convert

Remarketing and CRM audiences across platforms, with buyers excluded so budget is not wasted on existing customers.

Reserve

Tests and new markets

A small share held for new geographies, formats and platforms, so the account learns without risking the core.

Illustrative examples

Four kinds of business, four different geographies, one method

These are illustrative scenarios, not client accounts or results. They show how the same strategy process lands in a different plan depending on what is sold and where the buyers are.

Illustrative

A dental chain in Hyderabad

Four clinics, each with a 6 km radius. Search and Maps for appointment intent, Meta for awareness in the catchment, call and WhatsApp tracked as conversions.

  • Geography: hyperlocal, four radii
  • Yardstick: cost per booked appointment
Illustrative

A pump manufacturer in Coimbatore

Dealers in six states, buyers in industrial towns. Google Search and LinkedIn for specifiers, Meta for dealer footfall, state-level budgets.

  • Geography: multi-state
  • Yardstick: cost per qualified enquiry
Illustrative

A D2C skincare brand in Jaipur

Sells pan-India on its own site and on Amazon and Flipkart. Shopping, Performance Max, marketplace ads and Instagram, with return-to-origin rates built into conversion value by pin code.

  • Geography: pan-India in tiers
  • Yardstick: ROAS by band
Illustrative

A SaaS company in Pune

Sells to the USA and UK from India. Search, LinkedIn and Reddit in the buyer's time zone, with demo bookings and closed revenue imported from the CRM.

  • Geography: international
  • Yardstick: cost per qualified demo

The yardstick

ROI and ROAS: what we measure, and why targets are set per business

Return on ad spend compares revenue to media cost. Return on investment compares profit to everything the campaign cost, including fees, creative and your margin. A campaign can have a healthy ROAS and a poor ROI if margins are thin, which is why targets are worked out from your numbers before launch and never promised in advance.

ROAS

Revenue attributed to ads divided by ad spend.

  • Fast to read, platform-reported
  • Ignores margin, returns and fees
  • Useful for e-commerce and marketplace accounts

ROI

Profit from the campaign divided by its total cost.

  • Needs your margin and close rate
  • The number the owner actually cares about
  • Useful for lead-gen, B2B and services
Illustrative only
  • Revenue attributed to ads
  • Ad spend
  • Fees, creative, cost of goods (counted in ROI)
What we commit to: targets agreed in writing from your margin and close rate, results measured per geography and product line rather than blended, spam and duplicate leads filtered out, and closed revenue imported back from your CRM or order system so platforms optimise toward customers rather than clicks.

Conversion tracking and attribution

Tracking is set up before the first rupee is spent

A campaign can only be optimised toward what it can see. Every account starts with a measurement plan: which actions count, what each is worth, and how the platforms and your sales system agree on them.

Reporting

One report a month, in the first week, with next month's priorities

Reporting is monthly. In the first week of each month you receive a report on the month just finished, followed by a review call to agree the priorities for the month ahead. There is no weekly cycle and no live-dashboard promise; the account is worked on continuously, and the decisions are reported monthly.

  • Spend, leads or sales, cost per result and ROAS or ROI against the agreed target
  • Split by geography, platform, campaign and product line, so a strong region cannot hide a weak one
  • What moved, why, and what was changed in the account as a result
  • Next month's plan: budget split, tests and the decisions we need from you

How a remote-first engagement runs

Working with us from a city where we have no team

Most businesses do not need an agency in the room. They need one that answers, shows its work and treats their market as seriously as a metro. This is how an engagement runs for a client in Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Jaipur or any other city.

Account ownership: where the monthly ad budget for an account is above Rs. 50,000, the ad account can be created in, or transferred to, your name and we work inside it as managers. Below that threshold we discuss the arrangement that suits you at kick-off.
The Adroit team in a planning session
Monthly reviews run on video
Kick-off

Discovery in two working sessions

Video calls with the people who know the product, margins and sales process. If you already advertise, an audit of the account, tracking and landing pages comes back before anything is proposed.

Access

Accounts, tracking and assets

Ad accounts, GA4, Tag Manager, Business Manager, marketplace seller accounts and your CRM connected with the minimum access needed, listed in writing.

Launch

Plan approved, then live

The strategy, budget split, creative and tracking plan are approved by you before launch. Traffic starts once the platforms approve the ads.

Monthly review

Report, review, re-plan

First week of the month: the report arrives, we review it on video, and the next month's priorities are agreed.

Day to day

Phone and email

Questions are answered by phone or email in working hours. Visits from the nearest team happen for launches or major re-plans, when they earn their cost.

Next step

Tell us what you sell and where your buyers are. We will come back with a plan.

A discovery call, an audit of any existing accounts, and a written strategy with geography, platforms, budget split and the ROI or ROAS targets we propose to be judged by.

Questions

FAQs

Yes. Our head office is in Navi Mumbai and our teams are in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi; for a business anywhere else in India the engagement is remote-first. Discovery happens over video, access is set up in writing, the plan is approved by you before launch, and a monthly report and review call follow in the first week of each month. Visits from the nearest team happen for launches or major re-plans.

No. Where you and we are located has nothing to do with where your ads run. Your campaigns may target a few kilometres around one outlet, one city, several cities, a state, several states, all of India or an overseas market. The geography is a strategy decision made from what you sell and where your buyers are, and it is revisited monthly as data comes in.

PPC, or pay-per-click, describes how the media is bought: you pay per click or per result in an auction. Paid media is the wider set of bought placements, including television and streaming spots bought on reach. Performance marketing is a way of judging: the campaign exists to produce a lead, sale or install and is held to a cost or return agreed in advance. We run all three under one strategy, with ROI or ROAS as the yardstick.

Google Ads across Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and App campaigns; Microsoft Advertising; Meta Ads on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger; LinkedIn Ads; Amazon and Flipkart advertising; Taboola and Outbrain native; programmatic display, video and OTT; Quora, Reddit and X where relevant; app-install networks; and connected TV and streaming media buying on JioHotstar and the Star Network, with both of which we have media buying relationships.

First by what you can serve: delivery, dealer, service and sales coverage define the eligible map. Inside it, each geography gets its own campaign, budget and target. The first split is a hypothesis built from your history and our benchmarks; after a learning period the budget is moved monthly toward the geographies producing the best cost per result that your capacity can absorb.

We start from your audience and the markets you want to reach. Ad copy, creative and landing pages are written for each audience rather than translated, and the two languages are tested against each other where an audience uses both. Where a market falls outside what we can serve well, we say so at the start and scope the campaign accordingly.

Boost gives Meta a loose engagement goal and broad targeting, so it spends on people likely to react to a post rather than buy. Ads Manager lets you choose the real objective, such as leads, WhatsApp conversations, purchases or installs; build detailed audiences from site visitors, customer lists and lookalikes while excluding existing customers; choose placements; set conversion events; run A/B tests on creative and copy; connect the pixel and Conversions API so Meta learns from real results; control budget and schedule precisely; and apply exclusions. For any business judged on cost per result, Ads Manager is the right tool and Boost is not.

ROAS compares revenue attributed to ads with ad spend. ROI compares the profit from the campaign with everything it cost, including fees, creative and your cost of goods. A campaign can have a good ROAS and a poor ROI when margins are thin. Targets for either are worked out from your margin and close rate before launch and agreed in writing; they are set per business and never promised in advance, because the auction, your competitors and your conversion rate are not under anyone's full control.

Where the monthly ad budget for an account is above Rs. 50,000, the ad account can be created in, or transferred to, your name, with us added as managers. Your data, history and audiences then stay with you whatever happens to the engagement. Below that threshold we agree the arrangement at kick-off.

Reporting is monthly. In the first week of each month you receive a report covering spend, leads or sales, cost per result and ROAS or ROI against target, split by geography, platform, campaign and product line, with what moved, why, and what was changed. A review call then agrees next month's priorities. Day-to-day questions are answered by phone or email in working hours. We do not run a weekly reporting cycle or promise a live dashboard.

Every account starts with a measurement plan. GA4 and Google Tag Manager carry the events; platform pixels and the Conversions API feed Meta, LinkedIn and Google; server-side tagging is used where it applies; calls and WhatsApp conversations are tracked as conversions; UTM naming is standardised; and closed revenue is imported back from your CRM or order system so the platforms optimise toward customers rather than clicks.

Yes to both. For overseas sales we run campaigns in the buyer's time zone and currency on Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit, with demo bookings or orders imported from your systems. For marketplace sales we run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and display on Amazon and Flipkart alongside your own-site campaigns, with pin-code and return-rate data fed into bids. Where listings or organic content need work first, see our marketplace management and social media marketing pages.
