PPC (Pay Per Click) Agency in New Delhi: performance marketing for Delhi NCR businesses, wherever your customers are

The Adroit is a PPC and performance marketing agency with a team in New Delhi. We plan and run paid search, paid social, marketplace, native, programmatic and connected-TV campaigns for businesses in Delhi NCR — and the campaigns go wherever your buyers are: across NCR, across north India, across the country or abroad.

The city is where we are and where you are. It is not the targeting. Strategy decides the geography, the platforms and the budget split, and ROI or ROAS is the yardstick. The full method is on our PPC services page; this page covers how we work with businesses in Delhi NCR.

Where you are vs where the ads go

You are in Delhi NCR. Your customers may not be.

A business owner in Delhi searches “PPC agency in New Delhi” to find a performance marketing partner nearby. That is what this page is for. It does not mean the ads should be aimed at Delhi. We start by asking what you sell and where your buyers are, then build the campaign geography from that answer.

  • Hyperlocal or city-wide: a clinic, showroom or institute that serves people within a radius of a few kilometres, or across Delhi NCR.
  • North India: a distributor or institute selling into Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and the hill states, each state on its own budget.
  • Pan-India: a B2B supplier or D2C brand selling nationally, tiered by state and language.
  • International: an exporter or service firm selling abroad, one campaign per country in local currency and time zone.
  • More than one at once: many NCR businesses need two or three of these, each run as its own campaign with its own target.
In short: choose us because our team is in New Delhi and accountable to you. Where the ads run is a strategy decision we make with you, and it is reviewed every month as the data comes in.

Platforms · paid search, paid social, marketplace, native, programmatic, TV

Every major platform, chosen by where your buyers spend attention

Pay-per-click, paid media, performance marketing, SEM, media buying: the names overlap, the discipline is the same. Each platform below earns a place in the plan only when your audience is on it and it can be measured against the yardstick. The pillar page describes what each is for in depth.

Google Ads

Google Ads

Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and App campaigns.

Microsoft Ads

Bing search for B2B, export and desktop-heavy audiences; often cheaper clicks on the same intent.

Meta

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger: lead forms, click-to-WhatsApp, catalogue and video ads.

LinkedIn Ads

LinkedIn Ads

Sponsored content, lead-gen forms and InMail to job titles, industries and named accounts.

Amazon Ads

Amazon & Flipkart Ads

Sponsored products and brands on the marketplaces, alongside marketplace management.

Taboola & Outbrain

Native advertising on publisher sites, for content-led reach and remarketing.

JioHotstar & Star Network

Media buying on connected TV and OTT through our confirmed relationships, for reach campaigns.

Programmatic & CTV

Programmatic display and video bought by audience, with frequency caps and brand-safety lists.

Quora, Reddit & X

Where a category is discussed before it is bought: question-led and interest-led placements.

App-install networks

Google App campaigns, Meta app ads and install networks, measured on events after the install.

Retargeting and remarketing run across the platforms that make sense for your funnel, and conversion tracking is set up before the first rupee is spent. For platform-by-platform detail see PPC services.

Ad types

Formats we write, design and run for NCR businesses

The format follows the job: an enquiry, a call, a WhatsApp chat, a purchase, a sign-up or an install. Creative, video and landing pages are produced in-house by the wider agency, so a campaign that needs a new page or a product film does not wait on a third vendor.

Strategy is the core promise

How a campaign is planned, launched and re-planned every month

Platforms and formats are tools. The work that decides results is the strategy around them: who to reach, where, with what budget, measured how. This is the sequence we follow for every account, condensed; the pillar page explains each stage.

1

Audience and intent research

Who buys, what they search, which platforms they use, and what a lead is worth to you.

2

Geography ladder and budget split

Hyperlocal radius, city, multi-city, state, multi-state, pan-India or international; budget split by geography and funnel stage.

3

Bidding, creative, landing pages

Bidding strategy per campaign, ad copy and creative in both languages, landing pages built for Quality Score and conversion.

4

Conversion tracking

GA4 and Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging where it applies, call and WhatsApp tracking, attribution agreed in writing.

5

Launch and test

Structured tests on audiences, creative and pages; CTR, CPA or CPL and ROAS read against the agreed yardstick.

6

Monthly re-plan and scale

In the first week of each month: what the data says, what changed, what moves budget next month, what scales.

Four NCR businesses, four geographies

Same city, completely different campaign plans

These are illustrative composites, not clients and not results. They show why the city a business is in says almost nothing about how its paid media should be structured.

The yardstick

ROI and ROAS: related, not the same, and set per business

Every account is read against a return figure agreed in writing before launch. ROAS is the simpler number and the one platforms report; ROI includes your margin and every cost of running the campaign, so it is the one that tells you whether the activity pays. Targets are set from your economics, not promised in advance.

ROAS · return on ad spend
ROAS =Revenue attributed to adsAd spend

Platform-level. Useful for comparing campaigns, geographies and formats with each other month to month.

ROI · return on investment
ROI =Gross profit from ads − total costTotal cost (media + fees + creative)

Business-level. Needs your margin and closed-deal data, which is why we connect the CRM where we can.

Illustrative only. Light bars stand for spend, solid bars for attributed revenue; the ratio differs by geography, which is why budget moves between them each month.

Monthly reporting

One report, first week of every month, then a review of next month’s priorities

Reporting is monthly. The report reconciles spend, conversions and return from one set of numbers, explains every structural change made and why, and ends with the priorities for the coming month. It is built so that a marketing head, a finance lead and a founder can each read the part they need.

  • Spend, conversions, CPA or CPL and ROAS by geography, platform and campaign
  • Brand and non-brand search reported separately
  • Change log: what was altered, when and for what reason
  • Next month: budget moves, tests to run, what scales

Approvals and governance

When more than one person signs off, the account is set up for it

Many NCR accounts have a marketing head, a finance lead, a sales director and a founder reading the same numbers for different reasons. These practices are set up before launch so the account stays steady when opinions differ.

One written definition of a lead

What counts as a conversion, what is excluded, how duplicates are handled and when a lead becomes qualified: agreed before launch so sales and marketing read the same number.

A clear record of changes

Each structural change is logged in the monthly report with its reason, so “what changed?” has an answer that does not depend on memory.

Layered reporting, one source

Leadership gets a page, the marketing lead gets channel and geography detail, finance gets pacing against committed spend, your analyst gets full account access. It all reconciles.

Naming that survives handover

Campaigns, ad groups and conversion actions named to a convention by geography and business unit, with brand and non-brand kept apart, so six months of data can be filtered by division.

Your ad accounts, in your name

When the monthly ad budget is above ₹50,000 per account, the ad account can be created in, or transferred to, your name and we work inside it. History, pixels, audiences and conversion data then stay with you regardless of who manages the campaigns.

Questions

FAQs

Yes. The Adroit has a team in New Delhi that handles strategy, campaign management and monthly reporting for Delhi NCR accounts. Our head office is in Navi Mumbai and we also have teams in Mumbai, Bangalore. Design, video, landing pages and development come from the wider agency.

Only if that is where your customers are. The city tells us where you are and where our team is; it does not decide the targeting. Depending on what you sell, your campaigns may run across Delhi NCR, across north India, across the whole country, in export markets abroad, or in several of those at once, each as its own campaign with its own budget and target.

Pay-per-click, or PPC, is the original name for search advertising billed per click. Paid media is the wider term for any bought placement: search, social, display, video, native, marketplace and TV. Performance marketing describes the way we run all of it: every rupee is tied to a measurable outcome such as a lead, a call, a purchase or an install, and judged against ROI or ROAS.

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and App), Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger), LinkedIn Ads, Amazon and Flipkart marketplace ads, Taboola and Outbrain native, programmatic display and video, connected TV and OTT including JioHotstar and the Star Network through our media-buying relationships, and Quora, Reddit or X where the category is discussed there. Which ones earn budget is decided by your audience, not by a fixed list.

Yes, in almost every case. Boost gives Meta a vague goal and spends your money finding people likely to react to the post. Ads Manager lets you choose the real objective (leads, WhatsApp conversations, site visits, purchases), build detailed audiences from customer lists, site visitors and lookalikes, exclude people you do not want to pay for, control placements across Facebook, Instagram and Messenger, run A/B tests, optimise to a conversion event tracked by the pixel and the Conversions API, and set budgets and schedules precisely. Boost is a reaction button; Ads Manager is a performance tool.

Yes. We write, design and run campaigns with separate landing pages for each audience so the ad, the page and the form say the same thing. Which approach leads is a strategy decision for each audience, and many NCR accounts run more than one in parallel.

We start from where your buyers are and what a lead is worth in each place, then split the budget by geography and funnel stage on a ladder that runs from a hyperlocal radius through city, multi-city, state, multi-state and pan-India to international. Each level runs as its own campaign so cost per lead and return can be compared, and budget moves between them in the monthly re-plan as the data comes in.

ROAS is revenue attributed to ads divided by ad spend; it is what the platforms report and it is useful for comparing campaigns with each other. ROI takes your gross margin and every cost of the campaign into account, so it tells you whether the activity actually pays. We agree a target in writing for each account based on your economics. We do not promise a figure in advance; targets are set per business and reviewed against real data.

Monthly. The report arrives in the first week of each month and covers spend, conversions, CPA or CPL and ROAS by geography, platform and campaign, the changes made during the month and why, and the priorities for the month ahead. We then review those priorities with you. We do not promise weekly or daily reports or a live dashboard.

When the monthly ad budget is above Rs. 50,000 per account, the ad account can be created in, or transferred to, your name and we work inside it. That keeps the history, pixels, audiences and conversion data with you whoever manages the campaigns.

We agree one written definition of a lead before launch, log every structural change in the monthly report with its reason, name campaigns to a convention by geography and business unit, keep brand and non-brand search apart, and produce layered reporting from one reconciled set of numbers so leadership, marketing, finance and any in-house analyst each get the depth they need without the figures disagreeing.
