PPC (Pay Per Click) Agency in Bangalore for ads that run wherever your customers are
The Adroit is a pay-per-click and performance marketing agency with a team in Bangalore. We plan and run paid search, paid social, marketplace, native, video and connected-TV campaigns for businesses located in the city, whose buyers may be a few kilometres away, across India or in the US and Europe. Where the ads run is a strategy decision; ROI and ROAS are the yardstick. The full method is on our PPC services page.
Awards and Recognition
// two different decisions
Where you are and where your ads run are two different decisions
You search for a PPC agency in Bangalore because you want a team you can meet, in your time zone, that understands your business. That is where we are. Where your campaigns are shown is decided by where your customers are, and we set that per client, per campaign, and revisit it every month as the data comes in.
Where you are: Bangalore
Our team in the city meets you at your office or ours for strategy reviews and creative approvals. Design, video, landing pages and development come from the wider agency at our head office in Navi Mumbai and our teams in Mumbai, Delhi.
Where your ads run: the geography ladder
Each campaign is pinned to one rung, with its own budget, bids, creative and landing page. Many accounts run on two or three rungs at once.
- Hyperlocal radius
- City
- Multi-city
- State
- Multi-state
- Pan-India
- International
// paid media we buy
Platforms we run from Bangalore
Paid search, paid social, programmatic, native advertising and media buying, chosen by where your buyers spend attention rather than by habit. Each platform below is described in depth on the PPC services page.
Google Ads
Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and App campaigns for installs and in-app events.
Microsoft Advertising
Bing, Yahoo and partner search. Often a larger share of search abroad than in India, with its own cost per click.
Meta Ads
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, run from Ads Manager with pixel and Conversions API, never the Boost button.
LinkedIn Ads
Sponsored content, lead-gen forms, InMail and matched audiences for B2B, SaaS and enterprise sales.
Amazon and Flipkart Ads
Sponsored products, brands and display on the marketplaces, tied to listing work from our marketplace team.
Taboola and Outbrain
Native advertising on publisher sites for content-led consideration campaigns and remarketing.
JioHotstar and Star Network
Media buying on streaming and television inventory through our direct relationships, for consumer brands.
Connected TV and OTT
Non-skippable spots on streaming apps and smart TVs, bought by audience and region rather than by channel.
Programmatic display
DSP-bought display and video across exchanges, with audience, contextual and retargeting segments.
Quora, Reddit and X
Comparison-stage intent and community placements where the audience justifies the spend, often for software.
// formats
Ad types we build and test
The format follows the funnel stage and the platform. Copy, creative and landing pages are produced by the agency's own design and video teams.
Search ads
Text ads on Google and Microsoft against intent keywords.
Shopping and product ads
Feed-driven listings with price and image on Google and marketplaces.
Display and banner
Responsive and static banners on the Display Network and DSPs.
Video
Skippable, bumper and in-feed on YouTube; spots on CTV and OTT.
Native ads
In-feed placements on publisher sites via Taboola and Outbrain.
App-install ads
Google App campaigns and app networks judged on post-install events.
Lead-gen forms
Native forms on Meta and LinkedIn that pre-fill from the profile.
Call ads
Click-to-call units for services that close on the phone.
Remarketing
Standard and dynamic remarketing to visitors, carts and stalled trials.
Carousel, collection, story, reel
Meta and Instagram formats for products and short video.
Sponsored content and InMail
LinkedIn feed posts, documents and message ads for B2B.
Sponsored products and brands
Marketplace ads on Amazon and Flipkart that sit inside search results.
// the core promise
How the strategy is built, and rebuilt every month
Platforms and formats are tools. The work is deciding who to reach, where, with how much, and then changing the plan as results come in. Targets are set per business against ROI or ROAS; they are agreed, not promised.
Audience and intent research
Who buys, what they search, which platforms they use, and what competitors bid on.
Geography and budget split
Rungs of the ladder chosen per product line; budget divided by geography and funnel stage.
Bidding, creative, landing pages
Bid strategy per campaign, ad variants, and pages built to convert that audience.
Conversion tracking
GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side tagging where applicable, wired before the first rupee is spent.
Launch and test
Structured tests on audiences, creative and placements, with CTR, Quality Score and CPA as early signals.
Monthly re-plan and scale
First week of each month: the report, what moved, and next month's priorities. Winners get budget.
// platform mix by stage
Which platform carries which stage of the funnel
The question is rarely "Google or Meta". It is which platform owns which job, and how much of the budget each stage deserves for your margin and sales cycle. A typical shape, adjusted per account:
// four Bangalore businesses, four maps
What "where the ads run" looks like in practice Illustrative
Composite examples of the kind of business that searches for a PPC agency in Bangalore. None is a named client; each shows how the geography, platform mix and yardstick change while the agency stays the same.

- One campaign set per country, in local currency, scheduled to the buyer's business hours.

B2B manufacturer with dealers in six states

// the yardstick
ROI, ROAS and CAC: what we optimise to, and why it is not the click
Every account has one number it is judged on. For Bangalore's product-led companies that number sits past the first conversion: an activated trial, a paid plan, a repeat order. We instrument the account to see it, and train the platforms on it.
Return on ad spend looks at media cost only. Right for ecommerce and marketplaces where revenue is known per order.
Return on investment includes margin, fees and production. Right for B2B and SaaS where a lead becomes revenue months later.
Cost per acquisition, lead or customer. Useful as an operating target when revenue per customer is stable.
Click or view
What the platform sells you. Never what we optimise to.
Sign-up, install, enquiry
Cheap and plentiful. Good for early learning, poor as a long-term target.
Activation or qualification
Trial reaches the aha moment, lead passes qualification, first order ships.
Revenue
Paid plan, closed deal, repeat purchase, imported back so bidding chases this.
// conversion tracking and attribution
Tracking that survives browsers, consent banners and long sales cycles
Measurement is set up before launch and checked every month. Where product or CRM events represent revenue, they are sent back to the ad platforms so the algorithms learn from money, not page views.
// reporting
One report a month, read together
In the first week of each month you receive the report for the month just ended and we review next month's priorities with you, in person in Bangalore or on a call. It is one document per account, not a stream of dashboards.
- Spend, conversions and the agreed yardstick (ROAS, ROI or CAC) by campaign and by geography.
- What changed and why: tests closed, budgets moved, keywords and audiences added or cut.
- Next month's plan: where budget shifts, what gets tested, what gets scaled.
- Spend by rung of the geography ladder
- Conversions and yardstick per platform
- Tests closed, budget moves, next month's priorities
// who owns the ad account
Your account, or ours: it depends on the budget
Ad spend is always paid to the platforms, never routed through us. Ownership of the account itself follows a simple rule.
You can own the ad account
The Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn account sits in your name and billing. We are added as managers, build and run everything inside it, and all history stays with you if we ever part ways.
We run it from our manager account
Smaller accounts run under our manager account with you as the advertiser. You see the numbers in the monthly report and keep the creative, landing pages and tracking we build.

// the people
A team in Bangalore, an agency behind it
Our Bangalore team handles strategy, account management and reviews with you. Certified specialists for each platform, designers, video producers and developers work from our head office in Navi Mumbai and our teams in Mumbai, Delhi, so a landing page, a Reel or a tracking fix never waits for a third party.

PPC in other cities, and other services for Bangalore businesses

Where their ads run is a separate matter.
Questions
FAQs
Yes. Our Bangalore team runs strategy, account management and in-person reviews at your office or ours. The Adroit's head office is in Navi Mumbai, with further teams in Mumbai, Delhi; platform specialists, designers, video producers and developers from those offices support every Bangalore account.
No. Where the agency sits and where the ads run are separate decisions. You choose a Bangalore agency so you can meet in person and work in one time zone. Your campaigns target wherever your customers are: a few kilometres around a clinic, the whole city, several states, all of India or overseas markets. Many accounts run two or three of these at once, each with its own budget and target.
From your sales data and margins first, then from search demand and auction cost in each candidate region. We pick a rung on the geography ladder for each product line, split the budget by region and funnel stage, and review the split every month. A region that converts but does not pay back loses budget; one that over-delivers gets more.
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and App campaigns), Microsoft Advertising, Meta across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon and Flipkart advertising, Taboola and Outbrain native, programmatic display and video, connected TV and OTT, and media buying on JioHotstar and the Star Network through our direct relationships. Quora, Reddit and X are added where the audience justifies it.
Yes, and it is one of the most common briefs we receive in Bangalore. The account is built per country rather than as one international campaign: local currency, landing pages written for that market, ads scheduled to the buyer's business hours, Microsoft Ads and review sites alongside Google, LinkedIn campaigns against a named target-account list for enterprise deals, and consent and tracking set up to work under European privacy rules.
The Boost button gives Meta a vague goal, so it finds people likely to react to the post. Ads Manager lets you choose the real objective (purchases, sign-ups, installs, WhatsApp conversations), build detailed and lookalike audiences, exclude existing customers, pick placements across Facebook, Instagram, Reels and WhatsApp, run A/B tests, set budget at campaign level and connect the pixel and Conversions API so Meta optimises toward the event that represents revenue. Boosting measures reactions; Ads Manager measures customers.
ROAS is revenue from ads divided by ad spend, which suits ecommerce and marketplaces where revenue per order is known. ROI takes margin, fees and production into account and suits B2B and SaaS where a lead becomes revenue later. We agree one yardstick per account before launch, together with a target cost per acquisition or lead where that is more practical, and report against it every month. Targets are set from your numbers; they are never promised.
Ad spend is always paid by you directly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn or the other platform. Where monthly spend is above Rs. 50,000 per account, the account can sit in your ownership and billing with us added as managers, so all history stays with you. Below that, the account runs under our manager account with you named as the advertiser.
Formally, once a month. In the first week of each month you receive the report for the previous month and we review next month's priorities with you, in person in Bangalore or on a call. Day-to-day optimisation continues throughout the month, but we do not run weekly reports or live dashboards; one well-read monthly document works better than a stream of numbers.
We start from your audience and the markets you want to reach. Most B2B and SaaS accounts in Bangalore are aimed at professional audiences who search with specific, technical terms. Consumer, healthcare, education and real estate campaigns often run several audience tracks together. Where a campaign needs something we cannot serve well, we say so at the start and scope the work accordingly.
Access to any existing ad accounts and analytics, your margins or target cost per customer, a view of where your current customers come from, and the people who approve creative. We then run a discovery call, audit what exists, and come back with a strategy, a geography and budget split and a tracking plan. Campaigns typically go live within a few weeks of approval, and the first monthly report follows in the first week of the next month.
