We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business Development in Navi Mumbai to lead our sales and revenue expansion initiatives. This is a leadership role for professionals with strong expertise in digital marketing sales, B2B business development, and strategic growth planning.
As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, developing high-value partnerships, and leading the complete sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, an established B2B network, and a proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets in the digital marketing or IT services industry.
Work Profile:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve revenue targets and organizational growth objectives.
- Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding regions.
- Lead sales initiatives for Digital Marketing Services including SEO, Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, Video Production, Website Development, and IT Solutions.
- Oversee the complete business development lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and growth plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Drive enterprise-level client acquisition and build strategic alliances to strengthen the company’s market positioning.
- Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, both virtual and in-person, to strengthen business relationships and secure new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful campaign execution.
- Analyze client requirements and develop customized digital communication and marketing strategies tailored to business goals.
- Prepare impactful pitch presentations, comprehensive marketing proposals, and commercial negotiations for prospective clients.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasting, conversion rates, and key performance metrics to ensure consistent business growth.
- Identify market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities to recommend strategic business expansion initiatives.
- Build and nurture long-term B2B partnerships to enhance client retention, account growth, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales Leadership.

Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Services and IT Solutions.

Proven track record in B2B sales and revenue generation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
