The Adroit is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketplace Management Intern in Navi Mumbai who is eager to build a career in eCommerce operations, marketplace management, and digital marketing. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in managing online marketplace platforms, product listings, and promotional campaigns.
As a Marketplace Intern, you will assist in managing day-to-day marketplace operations, analyzing performance metrics, and improving product visibility and customer experience. This role provides practical exposure to real-world eCommerce operations and an opportunity to learn industry best practices.
Work Profile:
- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, including product listings, catalog updates, product placements, and performance monitoring across eCommerce platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and descriptions to improve product visibility and customer experience.
- Ensure accuracy of product information, maintain updated inventory status, and remove out-of-stock products promptly.
- Execute promotional campaigns, merchandising activities, and marketplace marketing initiatives in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor marketplace performance, analyze weekly and monthly sales trends, offer code performance, and prepare detailed sales and analytics reports for business decision-making.
- Perform reconciliation of marketplace listings, inventory, and operational data to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth campaign execution and marketplace growth strategies.
- Track marketplace trends, identify optimization opportunities, and suggest strategies to improve sales and operational performance.
- Support overall marketplace platform management while gaining hands-on experience in eCommerce and digital marketplace operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Basic understanding of eCommerce or digital marketing (preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
