The Adroit is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer Intern in Navi Mumbai who wants to build a career in software testing and quality assurance (QA). This Software Testing Internship is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in testing digital products, ensuring quality standards, and improving software performance.
As a Software Tester Intern, you will support the quality assurance process by testing applications, identifying defects, and ensuring projects meet company quality standards. This role provides practical exposure to real-world testing environments and an opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the software development lifecycle.
Work Profile:
- Assist in manual testing of web applications, digital platforms, and software products to ensure quality and functionality.
- Support quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases for functionality, usability, quality control, and performance validation.
- Identify, track, and report bugs, defects, errors, and usability issues in applications and systems.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues efficiently.
- Monitor development and testing processes to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and quality objectives.
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation, bug reports, test execution reports, and performance analysis records.
- Document testing findings in detail and communicate product deficiencies along with recommended corrective actions.
- Ensure software reliability, stability, performance, and user experience standards are maintained before product release.
- Participate in application validation, regression testing, and quality verification activities.
- Report critical issues, risks, and testing concerns to senior management and project stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality software products aligned with organizational standards and client expectations.
- Learn and implement industry best practices, testing methodologies, and QA processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:

Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field with relevant certification.

Basic knowledge of software testing, quality control, or quality assurance processes.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Good knowledge of software products and testing processes (preferred).

Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.

Good presentation and analytical abilities.

Strong team player with ability to work independently when required.
