The Adroit is hiring a talented and motivated Jr. React.js Developer in Navi Mumbai to join our frontend development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and UI development, with the ability to build responsive and high-performance web applications.
As a React.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing user interface components, implementing frontend architecture, and improving application performance. This role requires strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies and the ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional and scalable solutions.
Work Profile:
- Develop modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and related frontend technologies.
- Design and implement responsive user interface components using React.js concepts, workflows, and best practices.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable frontend code using JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality, pixel-perfect frontend interfaces.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and development teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Implement frontend architecture and interactive web-based features to support application functionality and usability.
- Optimize web applications for speed, performance, scalability, and overall user experience.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and consistent frontend behavior across devices.
- Review application requirements, interface designs, and technical specifications to ensure effective implementation.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and debug frontend issues, application bugs, and interface inconsistencies.
- Monitor and improve frontend performance, scalability, and code efficiency through continuous optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and follow modern frontend development best practices.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and project teams to enhance overall product quality and user experience.
- Support continuous improvement of frontend systems, workflows, and development processes.
- Maintain proper documentation for frontend codebases, development processes, and application components.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1–3 years of experience as a React.js Developer or Frontend Developer.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend development principles.

Experience with React.js tools such as Redux, Flux, Webpack, or Enzyme.

Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive web development.

Knowledge of progressive web applications (PWA) concepts (preferred).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
