We are hiring a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager in Navi Mumbai to lead our business development and client acquisition initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in digital marketing sales, B2B business development, and client relationship management.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth by selling digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, a convincing approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Work Profile:
- Lead business development initiatives for Digital Marketing and IT services to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
- Manage end-to-end business development activities, including lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Sell digital marketing and digital solutions services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Video Production, Website Development, and IT Solutions.
- Understand client requirements and create customized digital communication and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare impactful marketing proposals, pitch presentations, and commercial documents to support sales conversions.
- Conduct client meetings, telephone discussions, virtual consultations, and presentations to build strong business relationships.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and delivery teams to develop and execute effective pitch campaigns and client solutions.
- Monitor sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and growth opportunities to recommend strategic business initiatives.
- Manage client engagement and retention processes while building long-term partnerships for sustained business growth.
- Represent the company in client meetings, business discussions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications:

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Digital Marketing Sales.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
