The Adroit is looking for a highly motivated and passionate SEO Executive in Navi Mumbai who is eager to build a strong career in Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This role is ideal for candidates with a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and a strong willingness to learn, grow, and become a future SEO Specialist.
As an SEO Executive, you will be managing the team of 2-3 SEO executives & work on improving website visibility on search engines like Google through research, analysis, and implementation of effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies. You will collaborate with content, design, and development teams to drive organic growth and improve keyword rankings.
Work Profile:
- Conducting comprehensive website SEO audits.
- Performing competitor research, analysis, and benchmarking.
- Carrying out keyword research, strategy planning, and keyword mapping.
- Optimizing website content for better search visibility and user engagement.
- Executing both On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities.
- Optimizing websites to achieve higher rankings for targeted keywords in organic search results.
- Implementing a combination of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO techniques to improve overall website performance.
- Managing and guiding the team for effective execution of off-page SEO activities.
- Handling and managing SEO campaigns for 5–6 clients simultaneously.
- Working with industry-standard SEO tools for analysis, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, IT, Mass Media, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.

Basic knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to perform independent research and analytical thinking.

Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
