The Adroit is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Intern in Navi Mumbai who is eager to build a career in digital marketing and social media management. This Digital Marketing Internship is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in managing social media campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and improving online engagement for clients across industries.
As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to strengthen online presence and support marketing and sales initiatives. We are looking for someone who is career-oriented, self-motivated, and believes in building long-term professional relationships while continuously learning and growing in the digital marketing industry.
Work Profile:
- Assist in managing social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital channels.
- Develop, implement, and support social media strategies focused on brand growth, audience engagement, and digital visibility.
- Create, schedule, publish, and manage engaging social media content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Support brand awareness initiatives by driving impressions, engagement, follower growth, and online community interaction.
- Conduct competitor research, industry analysis, and audience behavior studies to recommend content optimization strategies.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, engagement activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure visually appealing, brand-consistent, and engaging content delivery.
- Use social media management tools such as Buffer and similar platforms for scheduling, monitoring, and campaign management.
- Monitor and define key social media KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and audience growth metrics.
- Track analytics, monitor SEO and web traffic performance, and generate detailed performance reports and insights.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and recommend optimization strategies for better results.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Present campaign performance reports, analytics, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Graduate (any discipline) with Digital Marketing Certification.

Fresher with basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.

Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Understanding of social media KPIs and performance tracking.

Good writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with web publishing and basic design concepts is an advantage.
